Please print these Conditions using your computer's print function.  Comicasylum.com provides its services to you subject to the following Conditions Of Use ("COU") which include its Privacy Policy, which may be updated by Comicasylum.com from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the COU at any time on this page. It is your obligation to check our COU and related policies and make yourself aware of any changes that may have been implemented.

Any deletions from, alterations, modifications, or additions to the COU shall not be binding to Comicasylum.com unless they are expressed in writing and accepted by a Comicasylum.com authorized representative.  If you do not agree to abide by our COU then you are not allowed to use this site or any services provided Comicasylum.com.  If you don't agree to any future changes that may be made to these policies, then your remedy is to discontinue using this site and services provided by Comicasylum.com.

By using this site, you take responsibility for the safety of your password and using it on our Web site. You agree to take responsibility for any activity that takes place under your account or password.

Risk Of Loss

All product purchased from the Comic Asylum (Comicasylum.com) is made based on our contracts with our shippers. This means that the risk of loss and title pass to you when the product is accepted by the shipping carrier.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under this Agreement (other than for delay in the payment of money due and payable hereunder) to the extent said failures or delays are proximately caused by causes beyond that party's reasonable control and occurring without its fault or negligence, including, without limitation, failure of suppliers, subcontractors, and carriers, acts of civil or military authorities, national emergencies, fire, flood, acts of God, insurrection, and war, provided the party involving this Section immediately provides notice thereof to the other and does everything reasonably possible to resume its performance there-under.  Dates by which performance obligations are scheduled to be met will be extended for a period of time equal to the time lost due to any delay so caused.

Product Descriptions & Return Policy

The Comic Asylum attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Comicasylum.com does not warrant that products descriptions, quantities in stock, prices or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free.

Due to the constantly fluctuating prices in the collectible card singles market, we can not accept returns on singles unless there is an error on our part.  If you receive a card that is not in the condition advertised, please contact us at our email here within two (2) days of receipt of your shipment in order to receive a replacement order.  If a replacement is not available, a refund for that portion of the order will be made upon receipt of the returned cards.

Unless we made a mistake on your order, you are responsible for return shipping, and the cost of the original shipping to you. If we did make a mistake, we will reimburse you for the shipping, or issue you a call tag so the merchandise can be retrieved, at our discretion.

 Privacy Policy

The Comic Asylum (www.comicasylum.com) is committed to protecting the privacy of its customer’s personal information.  The Comic Asylum only uses personal information collected on our checkout form for order completion and for contacting customers regarding issues related to order completion.  The personal information collected may include, but is not limited to, your name, your address, your credit card information, telephone and e-mail.
